150 meters from Pagania Beach, on the provincial road Argalasti – Hortou, a luxurious two-storey villa of 190 sq m is for rent, on a fenced plot of 1842 sq m with olive trees, fruit trees and flowers. On the ground floor we find a large living room with an energy fireplace, an open kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. By stairs or elevator we go up to the 1st floor where we find 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All have balconies with unlimited sea views.

The altitude difference of 40 meters from the sea level, combined with the excellent quality of the construction materials of the villa gives you the cool breeze free from the humidity of the sea.
